Ingredients

  • 1 cup walnuts, finely chopped
  • 4 oz unsweetened chocolate, melted
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup erythritol or preferred sweetener
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
  2. In a bowl, combine melted chocolate, cocoa powder, and erythritol. Mix well.
  3. Add softened butter to the mixture and beat until creamy.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs and vanilla extract, then blend into the chocolate mixture.
  5. Fold in chopped walnuts and baking powder.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth out the top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
