- 4 oz unsweetened chocolate, melted
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup erythritol or preferred sweetener
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round cake pan.
- In a bowl, combine melted chocolate, cocoa powder, and erythritol. Mix well.
- Add softened butter to the mixture and beat until creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whisk eggs and vanilla extract, then blend into the chocolate mixture.
- Fold in chopped walnuts and baking powder.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and smooth out the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before serving.
