Description

Delicious and easy-to-make Keto Chocolate Chip Cookies that are low in carbs and high in flavor.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup erythritol sweetener
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Add melted coconut oil, egg, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.
  4. Fold in the sugar-free chocolate chips.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, allowing cookies to cool on the sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
