Ingredients

- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup erythritol sweetener
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, baking soda, and salt.
- Add melted coconut oil, egg, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.
- Fold in the sugar-free chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, allowing cookies to cool on the sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

- Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
