Description

A delicious, low-carb chicken salad perfect for a keto diet.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
  • 1/2 cup celery, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the diced chicken, celery, and red onion.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
