- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Cooking oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs.
- In another bowl, mix almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and Parmesan cheese.
- Dip each piece of chicken in the egg, then coat it with the almond flour mixture.
- Heat the cooking oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chicken nuggets to the skillet and fry until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add cayenne pepper to the flour mixture.
- These nuggets can be baked at 400°F for 20 minutes if preferred.
