Description

These Keto Chicken Nuggets are easy to make and perfect for a quick, low-carb meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Cooking oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk the eggs.
  2. In another bowl, mix almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and Parmesan cheese.
  3. Dip each piece of chicken in the egg, then coat it with the almond flour mixture.
  4. Heat the cooking oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Add the chicken nuggets to the skillet and fry until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  6. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add cayenne pepper to the flour mixture.
  • These nuggets can be baked at 400°F for 20 minutes if preferred.
