- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, almond flour, parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1-inch in diameter.
- Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.
