Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, almond flour, parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and parsley.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1-inch in diameter.
  5. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.
