- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (for frying)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, almond flour, eggs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and parsley until well combined.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Form the chicken mixture into small patties and place them in the skillet.
- Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.
Notes
- Serve with a dipping sauce of your choice.
- These fritters can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three days.
