Description

Delicious and crispy keto chicken fritters that are perfect for a low-carb diet.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, almond flour, eggs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and parsley until well combined.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Form the chicken mixture into small patties and place them in the skillet.
  4. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.
