- 1 cup coconut milk

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chicken thighs and cook until browned on all sides.
- Stir in curry powder, turmeric, garlic powder, ginger, salt, and pepper.
- Pour in coconut milk and bring to a simmer.
- Cook for about 20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
