Delicious and easy to make Keto Cheesy Beef Roll Ups are a perfect low-carb meal option packed with flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Take a slice of provolone cheese and place a portion of the beef mixture on one end. Roll it up tightly.
  4. Place the rolled beef on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Repeat with the remaining cheese and beef mixture.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the beef is cooked through and the cheese is melted.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
