- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Take a slice of provolone cheese and place a portion of the beef mixture on one end. Roll it up tightly.
- Place the rolled beef on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Repeat with the remaining cheese and beef mixture.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the beef is cooked through and the cheese is melted.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
