Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs, melted butter, almond milk, and vanilla extract together.
- Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until well combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before adding the sugar-free caramel sauce on top.
