Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1 cup erythritol
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup sugar-free caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the eggs, melted butter, almond milk, and vanilla extract together.
  4. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until well combined.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool before adding the sugar-free caramel sauce on top.
