- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 8 low-carb tortillas
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place a generous amount of the filling onto each low-carb tortilla and roll it up tightly.
- Place the rolled taquitos seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until they are golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra crunch, you can air fry the taquitos for about 10 minutes.
- These taquitos can be made ahead of time and frozen for later use.
