Description

Delicious and easy keto blueberry bars that are perfect for a healthy dessert or snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup erythritol sweetener
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together almond flour, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until smooth.
  4. Fold in blueberries gently.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
