Description

A creamy, rich Keto Beef Stroganoff that’s low in carbs yet high in flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef sirloin, cut into thin strips
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the beef strips and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add onions and garlic. Sauté until the onions are translucent.
  4. Add the mushrooms and cook until they are tender.
  5. Stir in the beef broth, heavy cream, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard.
  6. Bring to a simmer and add the cooked beef back into the skillet.
  7. Season with salt and pepper and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

  • For a thicker sauce, use less beef broth.
  • This dish pairs well with zucchini noodles or cauliflower rice for a low-carb option.
