Delicious low-carb bagels perfect for a keto diet.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 2 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave for about 1 minute.
  3. Add eggs, almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt to the cheese mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces and shape them into bagels.
  5. Place the bagels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
