- 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
- 2 ounces cream cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave for about 1 minute.
- Add eggs, almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt to the cheese mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces and shape them into bagels.
- Place the bagels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
