- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 slices bacon
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 head of lettuce, leaves separated
- 4 dill pickle slices
Instructions
- Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well and form into patties.
- Cook the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked to your liking.
- During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheese on each patty and cover until melted.
- While the burgers are cooking, fry the bacon in a skillet until crispy.
- Assemble the burgers by placing each patty on a lettuce leaf, topped with bacon and pickles.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
