Description

A delicious Keto Bacon Cheeseburger that satisfies your cravings without the carbs.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 slices bacon
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 head of lettuce, leaves separated
  • 4 dill pickle slices

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well and form into patties.
  3. Cook the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked to your liking.
  4. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheese on each patty and cover until melted.
  5. While the burgers are cooking, fry the bacon in a skillet until crispy.
  6. Assemble the burgers by placing each patty on a lettuce leaf, topped with bacon and pickles.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
