- 1 pound ground beef
- 6 slices bacon
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup diced tomatoes (canned or fresh)
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large pot, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving the grease in the pot.
- Add the ground beef to the pot and cook until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Add the onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
- Stir in the beef broth, heavy cream, and bring to a simmer.
- Add the Dijon mustard, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, and salt.
- Simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the cheddar cheese and stir until melted and creamy.
- Top with diced tomatoes and crumbled bacon before serving. Garnish with chopped green onions.

- For extra flavor, consider adding a splash of hot sauce.
