Ingredients

  • 4 fillets salmon
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together almond flour, parmesan, dill, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
