Description

A low-carb, keto-friendly flatbread made with almond flour.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, salt, and baking powder.
  3. Add olive oil and egg to the dry ingredients and mix well.
  4. Gradually add water until a dough forms.
  5. Roll out the dough between two pieces of parchment paper.
  6. Cut into desired shapes and place on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
