- 1 head cauliflower, riced
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped jalapenos
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup bacon bits
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the riced cauliflower, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapenos, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with bacon bits.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
