Description

This Jalapeño Popper Chicken Casserole is the ultimate comfort food, combining the flavors of jalapeño poppers with tender chicken in a creamy, cheesy casserole.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup jalapeños, diced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly on top of the mixture.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the casserole is bubbly and the breadcrumbs are golden brown.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
