- 1 pound chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup jalapeños, diced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs evenly on top of the mixture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the casserole is bubbly and the breadcrumbs are golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
