- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 medium zucchini, sliced
- 1 medium bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Place chicken in the Instant Pot.
- Add cherry tomatoes, zucchini, bell pepper, Italian dressing, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Seal the lid and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
- Quick release the pressure, open the lid, and stir to combine.
- Serve warm.
