- 8 eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup cooked bacon, chopped
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
- 1/2 cup green onions, sliced
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
- Add in cheese, bacon, bell peppers, sausage, and green onions, mix until well combined.
- Transfer mixture to a greased 7-inch pan that fits in the Instant Pot.
- Add 1 cup of water to the Instant Pot, and place the trivet in the pot.
- Set the pan on the trivet, lock the lid, and cook on high pressure for 30 minutes.
- Let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
- Carefully remove the pan, let cool slightly, then slice and serve.
