Rich and fudgy keto brownies made with low-carb ingredients for a delicious, guilt-free dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup erythritol or preferred sweetener
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, and salt.
  3. Add melted coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix well.
  4. Fold in sugar-free chocolate chips if using.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.
