Ingredients

- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup erythritol or preferred sweetener
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup sugar-free chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, and salt.
- Add melted coconut oil, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Fold in sugar-free chocolate chips if using.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
