Description

Fathead Pizza Dough is a low-carb, keto-friendly pizza crust that is both delicious and easy to make.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine shredded mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave for about 30 seconds, then stir until well combined.
  3. Add the egg to the cheese mixture and mix until fully incorporated.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt.
  5. Introduce the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until a dough forms.
  6. Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll out to your desired thickness.
  7. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet and pre-bake for 8-10 minutes until golden.
  8. Remove from oven, add your favorite toppings, and bake again until toppings are cooked.
