- 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine shredded mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave for about 30 seconds, then stir until well combined.
- Add the egg to the cheese mixture and mix until fully incorporated.
- In a separate bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt.
- Introduce the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until a dough forms.
- Place the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll out to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet and pre-bake for 8-10 minutes until golden.
- Remove from oven, add your favorite toppings, and bake again until toppings are cooked.
