Ingredients

- 2 cups nuts (almonds, pecans, walnuts, etc.)
- 1 cup seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, etc.)
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup sugar-free sweetener (erythritol, monk fruit, etc.)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine nuts, seeds, coconut flakes, and almond flour.
- In a separate bowl, mix melted coconut oil, sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
- Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until everything is evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture onto a lined baking sheet in an even layer.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
