Description

This Extra Crisp Paleo & Keto Granola is the perfect low-carb snack that satisfies your crunch cravings while being healthy and delicious.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups nuts (almonds, pecans, walnuts, etc.)
  • 1 cup seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, etc.)
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free sweetener (erythritol, monk fruit, etc.)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine nuts, seeds, coconut flakes, and almond flour.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix melted coconut oil, sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
  4. Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until everything is evenly coated.
  5. Spread the mixture onto a lined baking sheet in an even layer.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden and crispy.
