Description

This Easy Taco Pie is a delicious, quick, and satisfying meal perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 can crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sliced olives

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add taco seasoning and water to the ground beef. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. On a baking dish, roll out the crescent roll dough to form a crust.
  5. Spread the seasoned beef mixture over the dough.
  6. Top with shredded cheese, sour cream, diced tomatoes, and sliced olives.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the dough is golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
