- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup erythritol or preferred sweetener
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup sugar free chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, and erythritol.
- Add melted butter and mix until combined.
- Press the mixture into a pie pan evenly.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and vanilla.
- Fold in the pecans and chocolate chips into the egg mixture.
- Pour the filling into the prepared crust.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the center is set.
- Let cool before serving.

- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- This pie is great with whipped cream on top.
