Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the shrimp.
  3. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
  4. Remove from heat and drizzle with lemon juice.
