These easy low carb baked mozzarella sticks are a delicious and healthy alternative to traditional cheese sticks. Perfect for snacking or as an appetizer.

- 12 ounces mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Cut the mozzarella cheese into sticks, approximately 1/2 inch wide.
- In a bowl, mix together almond flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Dip each mozzarella stick into the egg, then coat with the almond flour mixture.
- Place the coated sticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add spices or herbs to the almond flour mixture.
- These mozzarella sticks can be stored in the refrigerator for a few days.
