This Easy Keto Refried Beans recipe is a quick and simple low-carb alternative to traditional refried beans, perfect for your keto diet.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked black soybeans
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth (or vegetable broth)
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the black soybeans, garlic powder, onion powder, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.
  3. Add the chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
