- 1 pound white fish fillets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt.
- Coat the fish fillets with the spice mixture, then place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake the fish for 10-12 minutes or until cooked through.
- In a bowl, layer rice, cabbage, tomatoes, and fish.
- Top with cilantro and avocado.
- Serve with lime wedges.
Notes
- For extra spice, add jalapeños to the bowls.
- Feel free to substitute any white fish you prefer.
