These Easy Fish Taco Bowls are a quick and delicious way to enjoy a fresh, healthy meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound white fish fillets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt.
  3. Coat the fish fillets with the spice mixture, then place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake the fish for 10-12 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. In a bowl, layer rice, cabbage, tomatoes, and fish.
  6. Top with cilantro and avocado.
  7. Serve with lime wedges.
