Description

A delicious and creamy chicken mushroom salad that’s perfect for a light meal or appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mushrooms, celery, red onion, and parsley.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Pour the dressing over the chicken mixture and stir until well combined.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
