Description

A delicious and healthy blend of oats, nuts, and chocolate.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup mixed nuts (almonds, pecans, walnuts)
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the oats, nuts, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine the honey, oil, and vanilla.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and mix until well coated.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  7. Remove from oven and mix in chocolate chips.
  8. Let cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
