Ingredients

- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup mixed nuts (almonds, pecans, walnuts)
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the oats, nuts, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine the honey, oil, and vanilla.
- Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and mix until well coated.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from oven and mix in chocolate chips.
- Let cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
