Description

A delicious combination of roasted butternut squash, crispy bacon, and melted cheese that is perfect as a side dish or a main course.


Ingredients

  • 1 medium butternut squash, peeled and diced
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the diced butternut squash with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Spread the butternut squash onto a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until tender.
