Delicious and healthy zucchini boats filled with all the flavors of a cheeseburger.
Ingredients

- 4 medium zucchinis
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the zucchinis in half lengthwise and scoop out the insides to create boats.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with the onion and garlic over medium heat until cooked through.
- Stir in the ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Fill the zucchini boats with the beef mixture and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the zucchini is tender and the cheese is bubbly.
Notes
- Feel free to add your favorite burger toppings!
- For a vegetarian option, substitute ground beef with lentils.
