Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the self-rising flour and sugar.
- Add the heavy cream and stir until a dough forms.
- Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead gently.
- Roll out to about 1-inch thickness and cut into desired shapes.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
