Description

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and sugar; let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
  2. Mix in flour, salt, and butter until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for 5 minutes and let it rise for 30 minutes.
  4. Divide the dough into pieces and shape into buns.
  5. Let the shaped buns rise for another 20 minutes.
  6. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
