Ingredients

- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 1/4 cups warm water
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and sugar; let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
- Mix in flour, salt, and butter until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 5 minutes and let it rise for 30 minutes.
- Divide the dough into pieces and shape into buns.
- Let the shaped buns rise for another 20 minutes.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- For best results, ensure the water temperature is around 110°F (43°C).
- These buns can be frozen after baking and reheated when ready to use.
