- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon instant yeast
- 1 ½ cups warm water
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
- Mix in warm water and melted butter until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 10 minutes until smooth.
- Let it rise for 30 minutes until doubled in size.
- Divide the dough into equal pieces and shape into buns.
- Place on a baking sheet, cover, and let rise for another 20 minutes.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- For a softer bun, brush the tops with butter right after baking.
- These buns can be frozen after baking for longer storage.
