Ingredients

- 1 can tuna, drained
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine tuna, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, egg, onion, bell pepper, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry patties until golden brown on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side.
- Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.
Notes
- Serve with a side salad or in a bun as a sandwich.
- Can be frozen for later use.
