Description

Delicious and easy-to-make tuna patties perfect for a quick meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 can tuna, drained
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine tuna, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, egg, onion, bell pepper, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into patties.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Fry patties until golden brown on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  6. Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.

  • Serve with a side salad or in a bun as a sandwich.
