Ingredients

- 1 cup erythritol
- 1 cup water
- 3 tablespoons gelatin
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine erythritol and water. Heat until erythritol dissolves.
- Sprinkle gelatin over the mixture and stir until dissolved.
- Add vanilla extract and salt, and mix well.
- Pour mixture into a greased pan and let it set at room temperature for several hours.
- Once set, cut into squares or shapes and enjoy.
