- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, melted butter, and sea salt. Mix until a dough forms.
- Press the dough into a tart pan evenly across the bottom and up the sides.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until set. Let it cool.
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until just simmering, then remove from heat.
- Add the sugar-free chocolate chips and vanilla extract, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the chocolate mixture into the cooled crust and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
- Slice and serve as desired.
