This Sugar Free Keto Chocolate Tart is a delicious and guilt-free dessert that fits perfectly into your keto lifestyle.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup erythritol sweetener
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, melted butter, and sea salt. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Press the dough into a tart pan evenly across the bottom and up the sides.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until set. Let it cool.
  5. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until just simmering, then remove from heat.
  6. Add the sugar-free chocolate chips and vanilla extract, stirring until smooth.
  7. Pour the chocolate mixture into the cooled crust and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
