Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned.
- Grease the slow cooker.
- Layer the cooked sausage, diced potatoes, and shredded cheese in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Pour the egg mixture over the layered ingredients.
