Description

This delicious Slow Cooker Breakfast Casserole is perfect for weekend brunch or holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces breakfast sausage
  • 1 cup diced potatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned.
  2. Grease the slow cooker.
  3. Layer the cooked sausage, diced potatoes, and shredded cheese in the slow cooker.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
