Ingredients

- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup mashed banana
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the oats, protein powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), mashed banana, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
