Description

Delicious and nutritious protein breakfast cookies that are perfect for a healthy morning start.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup mashed banana
  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the oats, protein powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), mashed banana, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  5. Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let cool before serving.
