Ingredients

- 1 ½ cups almond flour
- ½ cup cream cheese
- 3 large eggs
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sweetener of choice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix cream cheese and sweetener until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time to the cream cheese mixture, mixing well after each addition.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and stir until incorporated.
- Drop spoonfuls of the batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
