Delicious and fluffy Mini Keto Cream Buns, perfect for a low-carb diet.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups almond flour
  • ½ cup cream cheese
  • 3 large eggs
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sweetener of choice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix cream cheese and sweetener until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time to the cream cheese mixture, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and stir until incorporated.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
