Ingredients

- 2 cans tuna, drained
- 1 cup cauliflower, riced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 1/4 cup celery, diced
- 1/4 cup green bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the tuna, riced cauliflower, heavy cream, cheddar cheese, onion, celery, bell pepper, garlic, salt, pepper, and thyme.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- This dish can be topped with more cheese before baking for extra flavor.
