Description

A delicious low-carb tuna casserole perfect for a keto diet.


Ingredients

  • 2 cans tuna, drained
  • 1 cup cauliflower, riced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup celery, diced
  • 1/4 cup green bell pepper, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the tuna, riced cauliflower, heavy cream, cheddar cheese, onion, celery, bell pepper, garlic, salt, pepper, and thyme.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
