Description

A delicious, low-carb tuna casserole that’s perfect for a keto diet.


Ingredients

  • 2 cans tuna, drained
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onion and celery until soft.
  3. Add the tuna, broccoli, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; stir to combine.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream and cheddar cheese; mix well.
  5. Pour the tuna mixture into a baking dish and top with the cream and cheese mixture.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
