Ingredients

  • 1 cup bell peppers, chopped
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sugar-free ketchup
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  3. Add garlic, ginger, onion, and bell peppers, cooking until tender.
