- 1 pound large mushrooms
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella, parmesan, garlic, onion powder, thyme, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture.
- Arrange the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 20 minutes, until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!

- Make sure to choose large mushrooms for easier stuffing.
