Description

Delicious and healthy keto-friendly stuffed mushrooms filled with cream cheese, herbs, and spices.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound large mushrooms
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella, parmesan, garlic, onion powder, thyme, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture.
  5. Arrange the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes, until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
