Description

Deliciously buttery and low-carb, these Keto Spritz Cookies are the perfect sweet treat for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup erythritol sweetener
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp almond extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and erythritol until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  6. Fill a cookie press with the dough and press cookies onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden.
  8. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
