Description

Delicious and visually appealing keto spider cucumber bites perfect for parties or snacking.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 medium cucumber
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup black olives
  • 1/4 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1 carrot
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut cucumber into thick slices.
  2. Mix cream cheese with garlic powder and salt.
  3. Spread cream cheese mixture on top of each cucumber slice.
  4. Place olives on top to resemble spider bodies.
  5. Cut bell peppers and carrot into strips for spider legs.
  6. Assemble the spiders by placing legs on either side of the olives.
  7. Serve immediately or chill until serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, consider adding a pinch of cayenne pepper to the cream cheese.
