A delicious and easy-to-make keto-friendly noodle dish with a nutty sesame flavor.
Ingredients

- 8 ounces shirataki noodles
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
Instructions
- Rinse the shirataki noodles under warm water and drain well.
- In a pan, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and ginger and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add the rinsed noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Stir in the soy sauce and rice vinegar, mixing well.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle sesame seeds and green onions over the top before serving.
Notes
- For added protein, consider topping with grilled chicken or tofu.
- Adjust the soy sauce according to taste.
