Description

A delicious and easy-to-make keto-friendly noodle dish with a nutty sesame flavor.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces shirataki noodles
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced

Instructions

  1. Rinse the shirataki noodles under warm water and drain well.
  2. In a pan, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the garlic and ginger and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add the rinsed noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  5. Stir in the soy sauce and rice vinegar, mixing well.
  6. Remove from heat and sprinkle sesame seeds and green onions over the top before serving.

Notes

  • For added protein, consider topping with grilled chicken or tofu.
